Kaolin is a layered silicate clay mineral, part of the group of minerals with the chemical composition Al2Si2O5(OH)4

Kaolin is only in the US and APAC used in this application

 

Kaolin can be characterised by:

  • Low electrical conductivity

  • High inertness in various media
